Is Edkimo free of charge?

Yes. After registration, you automatically receive 14 days of Edkimo Premium with all features - free and non-binding. After the test period, no costs arise. Your data remains available, only some features are disabled. Teachers in Partner regions switch to the Coop Basic license, all others to Edkimo Free - both free. An upgrade is possible at any time: monthly or annual license with two months free.

What kind of Edkimo licenses are there?

After registration, Premium (14 days) automatically starts. If you join a team with an active license, it is immediately provided to you. No costs after the test. Depending on the region, you use Coop ( Partner regions ) or Edkimo Free - both free. You can upgrade to Premium at any time: monthly or annual license with two months free. For multiple licenses, we are happy to create a quote - write to us with the number of licenses, address and information at team@edkimo.com .

Can I also pay by bank transfer?

Yes. If you purchase Premium directly in your account, you will be redirected to our payment service provider and can pay with PayPal, credit card, or instant bank transfer (Klarna). You will then find the invoice in your account. If you can only order by invoice and bank transfer, please send us an email with the most important details to team@edkimo.com . We will be happy to issue an invoice for one or more annual licenses.

Can I also buy a monthly subscription?

Yes, in your Edkimo account you can buy a monthly subscription with just a few clicks and manage it immediately afterwards. If you decide to go for a year right away, we'll give you two months for free.

Premium enables the following features: Data export (Excel/CSV) Project/course selection with wish options Summarize and compare surveys Real-time collaboration in teams/with other users Own images and logos in surveys You start with 14 days of Premium after registration and can upgrade at any time (monthly/yearly).

No, the test account (14 days of Premium) is free of charge, non-binding and does not automatically extend. The remaining term can be seen in your settings (top right) under “Subscription & billing”.

Where can I see my license and term?

Accepted Answer

In your settings (top right) you can see “Subscription & billing”. There you see your current license and how long it is still valid. If a license is provided to you by your team, you can also see the name of the team administrator there.
